Your daily dose of pretty: Keiko Secret Compartment ring on Etsy

Two words people: Secret. Compartment!

Wearing this I could pretend I was a femme fatale from a Poirot mystery. But shorter. And, umm, wobblier. With a Kiwi accent.

I'm pretty sure none of the Poirot femme fatales were short and wobbly with Kiwi accents...

Did I mention the secret compartment?

The Keiko Secret Compartment ring is US$16.00 from FleurAvenue on Etsy.

  1. Meh, I'm over Etsy at the moment, bought some stuff off Gypsy Warrior for my niece's birthday, it never arrived and they never answer my emails :(

  2. Did you pay with PayPal? If you've tried contacting them and had no luck both Etsy and PayPal have pretty good dispute processes. I've bought heaps of stuff off Etsy and never had any problems, I guess you just get the occasional bad apple - like anywhere really.

  3. Perhaps someone should write a new Poirot story, saying that Poirot didn't really die in his last adventure, that he actually went to NZ, solved some Kiwi mysteries, and died a very, very old man. :)

  4. Music: maybe he's still alive and working in a fish & chip shop in Paekakariki?

  5. No, annoyingly by credit card, I will have to go through the arduous disputed charge process with them when the bill comes in.

  6. How annoying for you. I generally go for PayPal when using Etsy or merchants I'm unfamiliar with because of their dispute procedure.

  7. :O Can I be the hapless ingenue in your Kiwi Poirot mystery? I promise I'll look suitably suspicious and provide you with an only slightly suspicious alibi in "The Case of the Missing Chips" :D

  8. Violet you would be perfect as the hapless ingenue. Now we need the handsome but mysterious gentleman ... any suggestions? Do you think Colin Firth's available?
