And here's my photo. Much to my relief it's not an embarrassing one (although it couldn't get much more embarrassing than the green shirt anyway, and it may well be embarrassing for 13 Year Old Daughter):
This was taken back in 2003 when 13 Year Old Daughter was only 8 Year Old Daughter with plaits and glasses! A monarch butterly decided to make it's chrysalis on the fence around our deck and this was taken just as it was beginning the process.

Awww, I would've played, but the picture that came up was of our dearest MacJK in a crate recovering from his cruciate knee surgery. It makes me too sad to blog about best dog ever :-(
ReplyDeleteHow adorable are you son and daughter. Although your daughter isn't very clear. I bet they have changed so much. That is really a treat that the butterfly decided that the fence was a good place to come out in all it's glory. Did you get a picture of the butterfly emerging? Glad you played tag with us!
